Louisville Tree Week Hike

Where: Meet at the Picnic Pavilions behind the Nature Center
Hike through Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve while learning more about trees, lead by Jacob Crider. Jacob will teach you ID tips, information on our region’s forests and tree species, plant and tree anatomy, and you will learn about all the fall fruits that are available. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on uneven ground. Difficulty is easy to moderate. Masks are optional. We encourage you to bring binoculars (if you have a pair), a camera or smartphone, and plenty of curiosity.
