During the heat of the summer, many spectacular plants are flowering. Their beautiful blossoms attract a wide variety of pollinating insects and birds.
Join Jacob Crider for a walk through our meadows and savannas. We will be on the lookout for butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and other wildlife!
ANNOUNCEMENT: Our wonderful roving naturalist, Jacob Crider, is moving to Mississippi to pursue a graduate degree. If you are one of his many fans, don’t miss this program, which will be his last for the foreseeable future. We will miss him, but want the best for him!
Recommendation: Bring binoculars, water, and wear good hiking footwear.
