Description: Eastern Redbud is a native deciduous tree that can be identified by its delicate pink flowers in the spring and its heart-shaped leaves in the summer and fall. Eastern Redbud prefers to grow in full sun to partly shaded forests in moist, well drained soil, and can be planted in pollinator gardens for its ability to attract bees and butterflies.
