• The fees are noted below. Please know that this fee helps the Preserve, a public charity, offset the high costs of holding events. Non-profits are no charge at the first two events, but we must charge for the Christmas event due to the cost of the tent. Once we know what events you will attend, Miranda Legg will email you the appropriate setup information per event.
  • As an additional promotion, you may sponsor one of our 18 treat stations along the Fairy Tale Trail, that range from Rapunzel's Magical Castle, to Little Miss Muffet, the Gingerbread House and more. Provide us a push-in sign to promote your company/org and provide enough candy for 3000 children that volunteers can hand out. Bring your own volunteers, if you want.
  • If you will have a booth at Nature of Christmas in Goshen and it is not a hardship, we welcome a donation of a silent auction item valued at $25. This is how we pay for the events and as a public charity, it is extremely important. Thank you!
  • Does your group have any special needs or requirements? Would you like to be next to a specific organization? Please explain:
  • Most of our booth spaces do not allow electricity, but we can make exceptions. The same applies to water usage. If you have special requirements for your booth, please let us know in advance. For the Halloween Event: Most booth spaces allow for a 10’x10’ pop-up tent and are outside on a level surface. For The Nature of Christmas in Goshen event, booths are located inside a heated tent and so the space is limited to a 6’x6’ space. Please describe your booth’s requirements:
  • You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By signing your name, you agree to grant Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve permission for unrestricted rights to use photographs and/or video of you and your team in which you may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. You hereby release Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve from any claims and liability relating to said photos/video/film.
